Third District residents can meet directly with a member of Smith’s staff at a Mobile Office about federal issues, receive assistance with a federal agency, or take advantage of the services available through his office.

Adrian Smith (R-NE) and Melanie Stansbury (D-NM) introduced the Home Dialysis Risk Prevention Act, legislation to ensure patients with kidney disease undergoing home dialysis have access to devices to notify patients and caregivers of venous needle dislodgement (VND). VND is a preventable complication that can lead to kidney injury or death.

Adrian Smith (R-NE), Joe Morelle (D-NY), Kevin Hern (R-OK), and Brad Schneider (D-IL) introduced bipartisan legislation to promote investments in America's manufacturing sector and other capital-intensive industries.
