FY27 Community Project Funding Requests
Congressman Adrian Smith (NE-03) is now accepting Community Project Funding (CPF) requests for Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) from communities and public entities in the Third District. Applications must be submitted by 5:00 pm ET on Friday, March 6, 2026.
FY27 funding is limited and not all eligible requests will be funded.
In order to be considered for funding, CPF applications must meet criteria established by the House Appropriations Committee. Projects must have a clear federal nexus as part of a legislatively authorized program, must have demonstrated community support, may not be directed to for-profit entities, and may not be commemorative in nature, among other criteria. Projects receiving funding may be subject to audit by the Government Accountability Office.
