Washington, D.C. - Today, the office of Rep. Adrian Smith (R-NE) announced the process for Third District communities and public entities to apply for Fiscal Year 2024 (FY24) Community Project Funding (CPF). Applications must be submitted by 11:59 PM MDT on Friday, March 17, 2023.

FY24 funding is limited and not all eligible requests will be funded.

Burgess Owens (R-UT), and Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA) introduced the Educational Choice for Children Act, bicameral legislation to expand education freedom and opportunity for students. Specifically, it provides a charitable donation incentive for individuals and businesses to fund scholarship awards for students to cover expenses related to K-12 public and private education.
