Jim Himes (D-CT) introduced the Undertaking Negotiations on Investment and Trade for Economic Dynamism (UNITED) Act, a bill to authorize the administration, in consultation with Congress, to negotiate and enter into a comprehensive trade agreement with the United Kingdom.
