Washington, D.C. – Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE) will meet constituents of the Third District during a mobile office on Monday, May 14, in Harrison to discuss issues such as tax reform, trade, immigration, and infrastructure.

A mobile office allows constituents to meet directly with Congressman Smith about federal issues and take advantage of the services available through his office.

Smith, who has offices in Grand Island and Scottsbluff, will hold the mobile office in Harrison on Monday, May 14, at the following time and location:

Washington, D.C. – Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE) today announced the winners of the 2018 Congressional Art Competition for the Third District of Nebraska.

Artwork by the first place winner will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol. The runners-up will have their art displayed in Rep. Smith’s Washington, D.C., Grand Island, and Scottsbluff offices.

Washington, D.C.Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE) announced mobile office hours for the month of May. At mobile offices, Third District residents can meet directly with one of Smith’s staff members about federal issues and take advantage of the services available through his office.

Washington, D.C. –Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE) released the following statement after introducing H.R.5507, the Critical Access Hospital Relief Act of 2018.

“Medicare’s 96 hour rule requires physicians to certify at the time of admission their intent to discharge or transfer the patient to another hospital within four days. This arbitrary requirement risks depriving patients in rural areas like much of Nebraska’s Third District of the critical care necessary to save lives.

Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE) announced a change from previously scheduled mobile office hours for the month of April. Mobile office hours scheduled for Wednesday, April 18 in Ogallala, NE at the Goodall City Library have been cancelled and will be rescheduled for a future date. The remainder of this month’s schedule can be found below.
