Washington, D.C. – Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE) opened nominations this week for the 2018 Angels in Adoption Award for Nebraska’s Third District.
Angels in Adoption, a project of the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute, provides Members of Congress the opportunity to honor an individual or entity from their districts for extraordinary contributions on behalf of children in need of homes.
Washington, D.C. – Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE) will meet constituents of the Third District during a mobile office on Thursday, May 31 in Greeley to discuss issues such as tax reform, trade, immigration, and the Farm Bill.
A mobile office allows constituents to meet directly with Congressman Smith about federal issues and take advantage of the services available through his office.
Smith, who has offices in Grand Island and Scottsbluff, will hold the mobile office in Greeley on Thursday, May 31, at the following time and location:
Washington, D.C.– Constituents of Third District Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE) are invited to meet with a representative of his office at mobile offices throughout the month of June in Wayne, McCook, Ponca, Hyannis, Hartington, Red Cloud, Kimball, Ogallala, North Platte, South Sioux City, Bartlett, Ord, and Stockville.
At mobile offices, Third District residents can meet directly with one of Smith’s staff members about federal issues and take advantage of the services available through his office.
Washington, D.C. – Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE), a member of the Committee on Ways and Means, spoke in opposition to an amendment to H.R.2 - Agriculture and Nutrition Act of 2018, also known as the Farm Bill, which would eliminate support for U.S. sugar producers and expose them to unfair trade practices.
