“While the EPA has partially responded to our inquiry, many questions still remain. It is troubling that confidential information could be subject to Freedom of Information requests.
“This issue is not resolved and I will continue to work to ensure the EPA is functioning strictly within its authority while respecting private property rights.”

Ben Nelson (D-NE) and Mike Johanns (R-NE) in sending a letter to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lisa Jackson inquiring about the EPA’s use of aerial surveillance of livestock operations in Nebraska.
