Today, House Ways and Means Chairman Dave Camp (R-MI) and Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus (D-MT) teamed up to launch TaxReform.gov, a new website dedicated to obtaining input from the American public on tax reform. Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE) is encouraging residents of Nebraska’s Third District to submit their ideas for reform using the new website.

Today, Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE), Senator Mike Johanns (R-NE), and Senator Deb Fischer (R-NE) announced the 2013 Third District Service Academy Open House will take place on Saturday, May 4, in Grand Island. The event will help young people in Nebraska learn more about the U.S. Service Academies and other opportunities for military service.

While the House and Senate have already passed 10-year budget resolutions and the President’s proposals have little chance of being enacted, it is a revealing look at his priorities and vision for America. Of particular interest to Nebraskans is how the President’s proposals would affect agriculture, the backbone of our local economy.
