Smith Statement on the Passing of Former Congressman John Y. McCollister

Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE) issued the following statement on the passing of former Nebraska Congressman John Y. McCollister:

“Congressman McCollister will be remembered for his leadership not only in politics, but also as a World War II veteran and a respected businessman. I am saddened by his passing, and am grateful for his many years of service to our state and nation. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.”
