Though the fight against government overreach is ongoing, we have made significant progress this year in our efforts to stand against the Obama administration’s regulatory agenda and cut through red tape for Nebraskans.

While President Obama touted his cap-and-trade policies in Paris this week, the House was working to stop bureaucratic overreach by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

The holiday season gives us an opportunity each year to dedicate quality time to our families and friends, reflecting on all we have for which to be grateful.

When it passed Congress in 2010, the Affordable Care Act offered substantial financial support to create nonprofit health-insurance plans. Today 11 of the 23 such regional Consumer Operated and Oriented Plans have failed—seven since the beginning of October.
