Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE) today joined a bipartisan majority in the House of Representatives in voting for H.R. 4118, the Suspending the Individual Mandate Penalty Law Equals (SIMPLE) Fairness Act to eliminate the individual mandate tax penalty under the Affordable Care Act for the remainder of the year.
