Smith Welcomes Third District Art Winner to Washington

Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE) welcomed Lindsay Warning, the Third District winner of the 2013 Congressional Art Competition, to view her work, “Peek-a-Boo,” in Washington, D.C. Lindsay is a student at Holdrege High School in Holdrege, NE. Her painting will hang in the Cannon Tunnel connecting the U.S. Capitol with the House office buildings for one year.
