Smith Statement on Severe Storms

Rep. Adrian Smith (R-NE), released the following statement on destruction caused by today's extreme weather in Nebraska:

“My concerns are with Nebraskans affected by storm devastation, and I stand ready to work with our congressional delegation to support recovery at the federal level. My team has been in touch with Gov. Pillen’s and I’m grateful his dedication of state resources has been prompt. With the possibility of subsequent severe weather through the weekend, I encourage Nebraskans to remain aware of conditions and emergency alerts.”
