Smith to Hold Open House for Veterans in Scottsbluff

Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE) will hold an open house at his Scottsbluff office on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 to meet with veterans, current members of the military, and their families.

“Veterans, our men and women in uniform, and their families have made sacrifices to defend our freedom,” said Smith. “As chairman of the Rural Veterans Caucus, I am very concerned about recent reports of long VA waiting times and secret waitlists, as well as continued efforts to close the VA facility in Hot Springs. I look forward to hearing from local veterans to discuss these and other issues important to them.”
