Smith Announces ‘Angels in Adoption’ Honorees from Grand Island

Washington, D.C. - Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE) today announced Paul and Sally Hoos, of Grand Island, Neb., will be honored with the 2011 Angels in Adoption Award for the Nebraska’s Third District.

“Adoptive and foster parents make extraordinary efforts to ensure children in need have a loving, nurturing home which will give them the opportunity to succeed. The Hoos family is no exception, and their efforts represent the very best of Nebraska,” Smith said. “It is my pleasure to honor Paul and Sally with the Angels in Adoption Award – a title they truly deserve.”
