Nebraska Delegation Announces 2014 Nebraska Breakfast Schedule
Nebraska’s Congressional delegation today released the schedule for this year’s Nebraska Breakfast, the longest-running state gathering of elected officials and constituents on Capitol Hill.
The first Nebraska Breakfast of the year will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2014, in Washington, D.C. This longstanding tradition, first started in 1943 and now in its 71st year, provides Nebraskans visiting Washington an opportunity to speak informally with the state’s congressional delegation and to learn more about current issues before Congress. All Nebraskans visiting Washington, D.C. and their guests are welcome to attend the Nebraska Breakfast.

When: 8 a.m.-9 a.m. ET, most Wednesdays when both the House and Senate are in session:

Note: Guests are encouraged to arrive as early as 7:30 a.m. to purchase breakfast (a-la-carte) and visit with fellow Nebraskans. The breakfast begins promptly at 8 a.m.
