Smith, Rural Caucus Urge Labor Dept. to Reconsider Ag Youth Labor Regulation

Third District Rep. Adrian Smith and 152 other members of Congress are urging Labor Secretary Hilda Solis to re-evaluate a proposed rule that would place restrictions on youth participation in agriculture.
