Proposed closing of Hot Springs clinic expected to be priority issue for veterans

Third District Congressman Adrian Smith says he expects keeping Veterans Affairs medical facilities open in Hot Springs will be the priority issue when he holds an open house for veterans Friday at his Scottsbluff office.
