Nebraska ways vs. Washington ways

Two Nebraskans are in a unique position to compare Congress and the Legislature: U.S. Sen. Deb Fischer and Rep. Adrian Smith. Each had eight years of experience in Lincoln before moving to Washington (Fischer this year; Smith, in 2007).
