Smith Statement on Trump v. Anderson Ruling

Washington, D.C. – Rep. Adrian Smith (R-NE), released the following statement in response to the Supreme Court's 9-0 decision in Trump v. Anderson:

“I am glad to see today’s unanimous Supreme Court’s ruling protecting ballot access. As argued by the amicus brief I joined nearly 200 colleagues in sending to the Court in January, our elections should be decided by the American people through our constitutional process, not unilaterally by unelected officials.”
